1. Is there a physical version of the game available?

     Absolutely! We’re excited to offer a physical version of the game for fans who love that hands-on, collectible feel. We know how much it means to own a physical copy of your favorite game—complete with cool extras and special packaging—so we’ve crafted several editions to suit your style!

     Here’s a sneak peek of what’s in store:

     Each edition is carefully curated to deliver something extra—whether you’re into cool in-game items, unique collectibles, or both! Just keep in mind that availability can vary depending on where you are, so don’t forget to double-check those pre-order details for your region. We can’t wait for you to dive into this amazing physical experience and snag some awesome collectibles along the way!

Q: Can I buy individual items from the physical editions? Maybe in the future?

A: Sorry, but the items in the physical editions are exclusive, and we don’t plan on selling them separately.

Q: When will the physical editions ship?

A: 

• If you purchased any physical edition of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, it will be delivered to you by the retailer or shop where you placed your order in line with delivery terms of the respective retailer or shop. 
• If you bought any of the Reprint* editions, you will receive the digital copy of the corresponding edition at the game launch, and the physical content itself will be delivered to you after a short wait before the end of April 2025. 

Q: Will the Xbox order come with a disc or a code?

A: 

• If you bought a PC version, you’ll receive a code inside the SteelBook. For the Xbox Series X version, you’ll find a game disc inside.
• If you ordered any of the Reprint* editions, the game will be delivered digitally –  you will receive the key to digital copy of the corresponding edition of the game at launch. The game box itself may come along with other physical components around April 2025 in either a plastic case or a SteelBook®, with a single universal design for all editions. 

Q: If there’s a disc for the Xbox Series X, what about Series S owners? Can they order the retail version?

A: 

• The retail Xbox editions include a disc compatible only with the Xbox Series X. If you’re using the Series S, you’ll need to get the digital edition or find the game on Game Pass.
• If you ordered any of the Reprint* editions, the game will be delivered digitally – you will receive the key to digital copy of the corresponding game edition at launch. The game key that will be delivered within such orders can be activated on both Xbox Series X and Series S.
